How can I book your airport shuttle service?

To ensure the best possible service, please make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or Viber at +382 68 524 414. When booking, you will be asked to provide your Full Name, Contact Information, and Flight Details. Accuracy of this information is vital to prevent any issues during your transfer.

Where do your vehicles depart from in Budva?

Our primary departure point is in front of the WOW HOTEL. Upon prior request, you may also board the shuttle at designated points along our route.

How will I find you at the airport?

Our airport staff monitors your flight’s landing in real-time and will contact you via phone to guide you to the vehicle. Additionally, our team usually waits in the Arrivals section of the terminal holding a “MONTUR” sign. Please ensure your phone is switched on and your contact details are correct. If we cannot reach you, the vehicle may have to depart to stay on schedule.

What are the departure times from Podgorica Airport?

The goal of our shared transfer service is to provide economical transportation by grouping passengers with similar arrival times. Therefore, passengers with flights landing close to each other are grouped together, and the vehicle departs once everyone has been met.

What should I do if my flight is canceled or delayed?

  • In case of flight cancellation: Please notify us during business hours to modify or protect your reservation.
  • In case of delay: Our airport representative will contact you regarding the next available vehicle. Please note that for delays exceeding 60 minutes, MONTUR (CLEIRAS D.O.O.) is no longer obligated to hold the vehicle at the airport.

What are the cancellation and refund policies?

You may cancel or modify your reservation during business hours up to 12 hours before the scheduled transfer. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service or for no-shows.

Is the transfer service insured?

Yes, all our vehicles are fully covered by passenger accident and traffic insurance.

Can I travel with my pet?

Pets are not permitted inside the passenger cabin. They may be transported in the luggage compartment at the owner’s risk and responsibility, provided that we are informed in advance.
